I used to be an EmegenC person and took those when I was feeling sick. I havent used that in over tw years. I have been using this Elderberry Concentrate! It really works. During the winter and covid season I have been taking it daily, it really helps me stay healthy and feeling good. If i feel a cold coming on I will double my dose and within a few days I am feeling better. Love it and will continue to buy.
